Built native. Designed to do more with less.

NovuHub and NovuApps are built natively in C++ and Qt6 with a focus on performance, efficiency and real-world workflows.

Instead of placing the core platform inside a browser-based runtime, NovuHub uses a native foundation designed to stay responsive, reduce unnecessary overhead and leave more of your system resources available for your work.

  • C++ / Qt6

    Native foundation

One compiled desktop platform, not a web application in a wrapper.

  • Local-first

    Your data stays close

Your workspace and its content live on your device by default.

  • Modular

    Use what you need

Applications and modules are installed and run individually.

  • Efficient

    Lower system overhead

Designed to leave processing power and memory for your own tools.

  • Private

    Local encrypted storage

Sensitive local state is kept in the platform's encrypted store.

  • Connected

    One shared ecosystem

Every application shares the same platform services through Hub.

Efficiency that works for you

What that efficiency gives back.

It stays out of your way and keeps more of your system resources for what really matters — your work.

  • Lower resource usage

Less runtime overhead means more memory and processing power stays available for your actual work.

  • Lower energy demand

Efficient CPU usage and controlled background activity can reduce unnecessary power consumption — particularly during long-running workflows.

  • Native responsiveness

Direct native execution helps keep interactions immediate without an additional browser runtime between the application and the system.

  • More resources for your tools

NovuHub is designed to work alongside applications such as 3D tools, game engines, IDEs and creative software — not compete with them for resources.

A lighter platform for bigger ideas

The foundation

Native by design.

NovuHub and every NovuApp share one compiled C++ and Qt6 foundation. That is an architectural decision rather than a technology badge: it is what lets a set of separate applications behave like one platform, and what keeps the platform itself small enough to sit underneath the work rather than on top of it.

  • Native desktop execution

Applications run as desktop software, compiled for the system they are on.

  • Low runtime overhead

No browser engine is loaded underneath the platform to render its interface.

  • Direct system access

The file system, hardware and desktop conventions are reached directly.

  • Shared platform services

Settings, identity, storage and updates are written once and used by every app.

  • Responsive interface

Interface work happens close to the system rather than through extra layers.

  • Built for long sessions

Suited to workflows that stay open for hours rather than for a page visit.

Local-first

Your workspace starts on your device.

Your files, your workspace and the way you have organized them are local by default. Applications are built to remain useful without making every action depend on a remote service being reachable.

Server and cloud functionality exists where it genuinely adds something — an account, a licence, a shared workspace — rather than as the place your work has to live. The result is that you keep more control over your working data, and more of it stays where you put it.

Privacy architecture

Kept local, kept explicit.

Sensitive local application state — credentials and supported private data — is held in the platform's local encrypted storage where it applies.

  • Local controlYour working data stays on your device unless you choose otherwise.
  • Encrypted local storageSensitive local state is stored through the platform's encrypted store.
  • Minimal data movementNothing is sent because it might be useful later.
  • Explicit connectionsConnected features are features you turn on, not defaults you discover.
Modular architecture

Specialized by design.
Connected by the platform.

NovuHub is not one enormous productivity application with everything bolted on. A single program that did all of this would be slower to start, heavier to run and worse at each individual job than a tool built for it.

So the work is divided. Each application stays focused on what it is for, and the platform underneath gives all of them the same services — identity, settings, storage, updates and the connections between them.

  1. NovuHub

    Platform

Installs, launches and coordinates everything else, and provides the services they share.

  2. NovuApps

    Applications

Specialized programs — files, AI, workspace, voice — each one focused on its own work.

  3. Modules

    Capabilities

Focused capabilities that extend the platform or an application. A module is not an app.

Connected ecosystem

One platform underneath all of it.

Every application sits on the same foundation, so what one of them learns to do, the others can use.

In real workflows

Built to share your machine.

The software you actually earn your living with is usually the demanding one. NovuHub is designed to run beside it rather than in competition with it.

Your productivity platform shouldn't be one of the heaviest applications on your computer.
